Sponsorship Opportunities

In order to make this a successful event, we need your support as a sponsor. Please review the sponsorship opportunities below.

Mile High Level (Platinum Level): $1,500:

  • Complimentary exhibitor table on 10/6 & 10/7.
  • Two complimentary registrations for the conference (includes meals & 2 drink tickets).
  • Organization's name and logo prominently displayed in conference handouts, on sponsorship board and on conference web page.
  • Podium time during conference [5 minutes (estimated)].
  • Top recognition at conference and in emails to members prior to conference.
  • Complimentary advertisement in bi-annual chapter newsletter (ad size approximately 2" x 3").
  • Complimentary one year web advertisement on Colorado SWANA's web site.

Platte River Level (Gold Level): $750

  • Complimentary exhibitor table on 10/6 & 10/7.
  • One complimentary registration for the conference (includes meals & 2 drink tickets).

  • Recognition at conference and in emails to members prior to conference.

Cherry Creek Level (Silver Level): $500

  • Complimentary exhibitor table on 10/6 & 10/7.
  • Organization's name listed in conference handouts and on sponsorship board.
  • Recognition at conference and in winter newsletter.
  • NOTE: This sponsorship level does not include meals.

Friend Of Colorado Swana: $100

  • Organization’s name listed in conference handouts and sponsorship board.
  • Recognition at conference.
  • The exhibitor area will be located in the Ballroom Foyer and set-up will be from 7 AM to 10 AM on Thursday, October 6th. Each exhibiting sponsor is welcome to take advantage of exhibiting on both days.
