Butler forwarded draft budget for discussion beginning 15 December 2004 with discussion to end 22 December 2004.  No comments received.

Butler moved on Monday, 3 January 2005 with Sprague seconded on Tuesday, 4 January 2005 to approve annual budget for Colorado Rocky Mountain Chapter.  Voted ended officially at 9:14 pm, 11 January 2005.
