On Wednesday, March 9, 2005, Barton/Doak moved/seconded to appoint Cathryn Stewart to the Colorado SWANA Chapter Board. Voted ended officially at 1200 hours (noon), 11 March 2005.

Aye:Ahrendsen, Barton, Briest, Butler, Doak, Etcheverry, and Gillette

Nay:

No Answer/Abstain: Batchelder Adams, and Sprague

Motion carried by majority (7 of 9 directors).
