On Friday, April 1, 2005, Briest/Sprague moved/seconded an amended motion as follows: "Colorado Rocky Mountain SWANA Chapter will reimburse Gunnison County in an amount not to exceed $225 for Sean McCormick to attend the MOLO Exam on 6 June 2005 in Boulder, Colorado and the reimbursement will be made after the completion of the test". The motion assumes that Mr. McCormick will provide documentation of his attendance and taking of the test to obtain the reimbursement.

Aye: Ahrendsen, Barton, Batchelder Adams, Briest, Butler, Doak, Gillette and Sprague

Nay:

No Answer/Abstain: Etcheverry and Stewart

Motion carried by majority (8 of 10 directors).
