Mar – send “Save the Date” notices
Mar - send “Invitation to Speak” to mailing list plus targeted potential speakers
Apr – confirm hotel and catering
May – finalize speakers
July – finalize proposed bylaws changes
Aug – meeting notice with election and bylaws out to membership only
Aug – brochure to mailing list
Aug – Membership calling by Board members with membership survey
Sep – followup for last changes including sponsorships, speakers, moderators, etc.
