SWANA Landfill Symposium/Arid Landfills

SWANA is planning to hold its 2005 Landfill Symposium at the Millennium Harvest House in Boulder, CO. This annual symposium brings together experts from around the country the hottest topics in the landfill business, including trends and new technologies. Some of the topics will include:

Liners, Caps & Liner Performance
Bioreactor & Leachate Recirculation Technology
New Concepts in Landfill Design & Operations
Arid Landfill Management & Operations
Landfill Closure & Postclosure Care
Landfill Redevelopment & Reuse
Landfill Health & Safety
Sustainable Landfill Technology

As you can see, SWANA plans to have at least one session dedicated to Arid Landfill issues, and expects that this will take the place of the Arid Landfill Symposium that has been held annually for several years. The symposium will be held June 6 through 10, 2005, and will never be easier for our Chapter members to attend.
