SCHOLARSHIPS
by John Briest

Winter 2005

A new year brings a new budget and new Chapter goals.  One of this year’s goals is to reach out to members in good standing for scholarship opportunities.  This year there will be some great opportunities for members to attend some great Chapter seminars.  In June, the 2005 Landfill Symposium will be in Boulder, Colorado (June 6 – June 10).  The Chapter will also continue with its bi-monthly programs.  And as always the Chapter wraps up the year with its year-end conference to be held in Glenwood Springs this Fall.  The Chapter will be announcing scholarships as the conferences near, and will list the scholarship requirements so stay tuned for further details.
