WANTED: DIRECTORS FOR THE COLORADO SWANA BOARD

The Colorado SWANA Chapter is continually looking for new board members. The makeup of the Board is a balance between private companies and public entities. Each year we are always looking for new members to step forward and take a greater involvement with the Chapter and this year is no different. Turnover on the Board creates a stronger Chapter and the ability to reach more members. Although the Board is a volunteer organization, we get together once a month and typically have a fabulous breakfast together while taking on the Chapter’s business. The other rewards include a great opportunity to meet new people and develop an additional set of personal and professional contacts. One current Board member, Debby Barton, enjoys it so much she drives from Cortez, Colorado every month. Joking aside, if you are looking for a rewarding opportunity and a forum to meet some outstanding people please contact John Briest. Don’t forget about the free breakfast each month.
