Regardless of your endeavor you most likely cannot get past go until all real and perceived stakeholders are satisfied and happy. You may have all the requisite permits, but local municipal or county regulators bolstered by NIMBY activists can cause you interminable and costly delays.
Join Colorado SWANA on July 20, 2010 for a luncheon on Collaborative Problem Solving & Alternative Dispute Resolution entitled "Getting Past Go." Larry Cerillo, a formally trained environmental and public policy dispute resolver and mediator, will be leading the discussion on how you can keep your project moving forward.
At the lunch session we will:
- Uncover what issues may become roadblocks and learn how to prepare and overcome those issues.
- Learn processes to enable all stakeholders to vent and have a part in the project.
- Enable you to identify and deal with NIMBIES and other concerned citizens.
