Colorado SWANA is pleased to announce that the 2012 Truck Road-E-O will be held Saturday, June 16 at the City of Denver's Central Platte Campus (1271 W. Bayaud Ave.)-(see map). The Colorado SWANA Truck Road-E-O is the premier equipment contest in Colorado for solid waste drivers and mechanics.
This is a dynamic event that brings together solid waste professionals from around the state for an opportunity to demonstrate their excellent skills behind the wheel and under the hood.
Contestants representing public and private waste collection organizations will be competing for top driving honors. Drivers are required to maneuver competition vehicles through a preset course. All categories are judged on accuracy and time. Mechanic contestants will compete in timed disagnostic skill tests.
2012 CO SWANA Road-E-O winners will receive trophies, prizes, and recognition as being the best of the best in Colorado! The Road-E-O State Champion will be eligible to go to the 2012 SWANA International Road-E-O in Kentucky, all expenses paid.
Contestant Entry Information
Registration Deadline: May 28, 2012.
When: Saturday, June 16, 2012 (Registration at 7:30 AM).
Where: City of Denver's Central Platte Campus (1271 W. Bayaud Ave.)-(see map).
Cost: $99 registration fee per contestant.
A registration form must be completed and sent in for each conference attendee, whether payment is by credit card online or by check.
To pay by check:
- Complete and print the Registration Form.
- Send check, payable to “CO SWANA”, and completed registration form to:
